Day of Sign Up Donation: $30 donation day of, includes Day Pass
In this workshop, participants will learn and practice basic Thai Massage principles. An energetic practice, benefits of Thai Massage include increased range of motion and flexibility, improved circulation, stress reduction, and deep relaxation. Thai Massage is performed on the floor on cushioned mats, and participants remain fully clothed (no oils or lotions used).
No previous bodywork experience needed.
