Is LIC Partnership Event
Strategic Giving Concerns for LIC’s Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Non-Profit Organizations.
Please join us for a Philanthropy Roundtable where we will discuss the role charitable giving plays in financial planning for businesses, how board members can best help their non-profits, and how development staff can connect with the business community. Using insights from the annual Bank of America Study of Philanthropy, we will investigate trends in giving and what both individuals and corporations can do to help, here and now.
This event will be hosted by Lidija Nikolic, Market Leader for Brooklyn and Queens at Bank of America Private Bank. The roundtable conversation will be moderated by Alexandra Scuro, SVP, Philanthropic Strategies at Bank of America Private Bank and focus on practical advice for business owners, board members, and non-profit organizations and address questions such as:
• What is the goal of philanthropy?
• What is the latest trend in philanthropic giving?
• What can I give/accept?
• How do you structure strategic and place-based giving?
• How does the collaboration between business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations impact the larger community?
