Course 1 - Potato and leek vichyssoise, citrus oil, and fresh herbs
Course 2 - Spring greens salad with grilled pears, candied nuts, and whipped gorgonzola mousse
Course 3 - Braised leg of lamb over asparagus risotto
Course 4 - Strawberry and toasted sugar waffle, herbed whipped cream
