As summer heats up in Long Island City, come out and enjoy Court Square Park on Saturday mornings! The Court Square Civic Association is proud to host the first annual Ct Square Summer Wellness Series with three local businesses, Barre3, Cosmic Fit Club, & HealMe.NYC every Saturday morning starting on July 20th through August 24th.
Classes are free but require online registration, they include: "Doga": Yoga with your Dog, barre3 , Acroyoga, and Core Fusion. Come out and enjoy the sun !
