Boundless Tales: Emerging Writers from Queens Read

Join us for our second reading featuring Queens-based emerging writers with Adepeju, Meher Manda, Jessica Espinoza, Justin Vibbert, and Basia Winograd with host Marianna Nash! Founded in 2011, Boundless Tales: A Series for Emerging Writers gives a platform to the best emerging writers in Queens, NY, the city’s largest and most diverse borough. In this quarterly series held at The Local in Long Island City, we showcase writers who are passionate about their writing and want to share their work in a public forum. Each night, five or six readers are given about ten minutes to read their work, with time throughout the night to connect with other members of the Queens literary community. This event is funded in part by Poets & Writers with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
