Black History Month Veterans Panel

The NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene Headquarters present the Black History Month Veterans Panel on February 23, 12-2pm. You must RSVP to attend. Panelists are needed that are willing to share the unique issues faced by people of African Heritage in times of war. These issues include but are not limited to availability or repression opportunities for advancement; the struggle to integrate the military; experiences during segregation/apartheid; successful integration; experiences once they returned home.
