*A Quick Note for Our Furry Friends

We adore all pets, but if your furry companion tends to get a bit anxious in large crowds or is reactive, we recommend letting them relax at home this time. We want everyone—two-legged and four-legged alike—to have a fantastic and safe experience! Thank you for understanding!

The History and Significance of Día de los Muertos

Día de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead, is a deeply rooted Mexican tradition celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. It honors deceased loved ones and celebrates the cyclical nature of life and death. The holiday blends indigenous beliefs with Spanish influences, creating a colorful and lively atmosphere that embraces the idea that death is not an end but a continuation of life.

Families create altars (ofrendas) adorned with photos, favorite foods, and mementos to welcome the spirits of the departed back home. This unique celebration showcases vibrant costumes, music, and dance, allowing communities to come together to remember and honor those who have passed while also celebrating the joys of life.
