Our 20th Annual Real Estate Breakfast took place on Tuesday, April 8 at Brewster LIC and brought together 350 attendees for a panel discussion about updates to projects and policies affecting the future of LIC.

Ahead of our Real Estate Breakfast, LIC BID Chair and Brause Realty President David Brause and LIC Partnership President Laura Rothrock spoke with LIC Post about the BID’s 20 years of transformation. David, whose family has deep roots in LIC, shared his memories of the neighborhood’s turnaround, from the revitalization of the Brewster Building to the BID’s role in improving public safety and attracting major companies. Laura highlighted the neighborhood’s explosive growth, now the fastest-growing in the city.
