This presentation by Dr. Angelo Ippolito will be divided into three parts:
Part one will address the structural and metabolic consequences Chronic Prolonged Sitting (CPS) has on the human body.
Part two will reveal how sedentary workers are less productive than those who engage in more physical activity.
Part three will offer simple, fun, and cost-effective solutions to the CPS problem
