In New York, a 16-year-old can apply for a learner’s permit with their parent or guardian’s permission. Well, this summer QPL is providing teens with an opportunity to study, prepare, and practice for their New York State Driver’s Permit. We will provide practice tests from the New York State Driver’s Manual, in a fun exciting way, using Kahoot.
