Tuesday, August 22, 5-7 p.m. – Swing by Bond Vet – LIC for a Summer Splash Pool Party with some fun socialization in splash pools, free swag, and dog-friendly summer treats.
August 24-30 – Free lunch and treats for dogs through Sunday, August 27, and discounts through Thursday, August 31.
August 25-27 – Remix Market NYC celebrates Dog Month in LIC with a dog days of summer clothing sidewalk sale. There will be treats for canine friends, and all dogs are welcome inside and outside of the store.
Saturday, August 26, 12-4 p.m. – Culture Lab LIC celebrates International Dog Day with LIC DOGust Fest, a full doggy day affair featuring a mega dog adoption event, photo booth, dog-friendly vendors, and Culture Lab LIC bandanas.
Sunday, August 27, 12-3 p.m. – Check out a dog fashion show, enjoy craft beer and find your new best friend at Alewife Brewing’s dog adoption event with Waldo’s Rescue Pen.
The Baroness Dog Beauty Pageant
Wednesday, August 30, 6 p.m. – The Baroness presents “HAUTE DOG,” a furry fashion show with free entry, first 25 pups get a free gourmet ‘doggie hot dog.’
