How we fund our work
Long Island City Partnership (LICP) manages the Long Island City Business Improvement District (LIC BID), one of New York City’s dynamic BIDs. While the BID programs and services are funded through a special assessment on property owners within the district, LICP itself operates with a broader funding model. In addition to the BID’s assessment, LICP is primarily supported by sponsorships, membership dues, grants, and donations. These contributions enable LICP to provide a wide range of services and programs that benefit both the BID area and the broader Long Island City community.
